How do I book?

For your convenience, everything is done online. Simply either sign up as a user (if you aren’t already) or select your services and follow the steps on the screen!

Can I book times that are not listed?

Only available times are shown. If you require an after hours or last minute
booking please email us at bookings@beautycoterie.com

Can I book directly with an artist?

Unfortunately not. All bookings can only be made online via our booking system​ and breaches our conditions of use to engage in a transaction outside of our platform.

Can I choose my beauty professional?

As an on-demand service, we cannot promise you a certain artist. However, every member of our team is handpicked and trained rigorously under our methodologies to guarantee utmost satisfaction and consistency.

What do you offer?

Please refer to our booking menu for a variety of services you can choose from.

If I don’t see what I’m going for, can I request something else?

Yes you can, however please note that this may incur extra costs and time. Please email us first to avoid any issues at the time of your booking.

How do I pay?

You will be prompted to enter payment information upon booking.

How long is the appointment?

Just as it’s listed on our website, our team are expert​s and trained to execute your look in the time specified.
In a hurry? Don’t worry. Our booking system operates in real time so we can easily accommodate you and slot you in!
(P.S. We release booking slots 5 days in advance only.)

I think I’m running late! How do I change or cancel my booking?

Don’t worry, it’s very easy to change or cancel your booking. Simply log into your account online and follow the easy prompts.

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel within 2 hours or more of your scheduled booking time (as per T&Cs) you will get the full amount paid back as a credit on your account, unfortunately we do not refund. ​Also product returns which are issued as account credits cannot be used for service bookings.

How do I get ready for the appointment?

​Make sure you follow the instructions we have specified for the service when you book. Make sure you have a power outlet available and an adjustable chair if possible and an area for our artists to rest their tools (table).

What skincare, makeup and hair products do you use?

BEAUTY COTERIE uses only the highest quality products that we know, trust and have used before! ​Such as BECCA, laura mercier, Bobbi Brown, Urban Decay, HOURGLASS to name a few

Where do you offer your services?

We are located in Sydney and ​currently available ​within the Sydney CBD, Brisbane CBD and Melbourne CBD.

Yes! BEAUTY COTERIE offers high-quality, professional hair, makeup and/or nail​​ services for brides and the bridal party. From the engagement photos, bridal shower and ​hens party, to the big day, ​Our highly trained beauty professionals are there every step of the way to help you, your bridal party and guests look and feel beautiful.
